Thanksgiving Workout and Yoga with Sound Healing

About the #DailyDrip workout: A typical KJFITCO style large group full body functional training workout. Lead by coach Kam, this class will ensure you start your Thanksgiving morning feeling good both mentally and physically. As always, your space, your pace. Beginners welcome and movement options will be provided.

About Yoga and Sound Bath: Yoga will be a yin style practice taught by Bailey. We will hold poses and stretches for a longer duration of time and focus on opening the body and releasing the mind into an amazing meditative and relaxed practice. The practice will be set to sounds performed by Dorothy-Inez ( The Shine Collective & Sanctuary) which feature, sound bowls and other instruments designed to release healing frequencies. Its the perfect time to connect with your mind, body and spirit in a serene environment designed to support your well-being.
