Summer Youth Athletic Training Clinic

Take your athlete's training to the next level with KJFITCO's Youth Athletic Training Clinic. Kam has a passion for working with athletes of all levels, from amateur to professional. This sport-specific training clinic focuses on functional training, with an emphasis on strength, speed, agility, and mobility. Whether your athlete plays football, basketball, lacrosse, hockey or anything in between, this is the perfect program to help them reach their full potential.

TO BOOK: 

Pick between attending 2 times or once a week. If you choose once a week, you can choose which day (Tues or Thurs) you attend each week. Please note, no classes will be held from 7/1-7/5. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
